By accessing or using the Kiddo Clinic website, booking an appointment, or availing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our website or services.

1. Website Use

This website is intended for informational purposes and appointment booking only. By using this website, you agree not to misuse, copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission from Kiddo Clinic.

2. Medical Disclaimer

All information provided on this website is for general educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified pediatrician for medical concerns regarding your child.

In case of emergency symptoms (such as breathing difficulty, seizures, severe dehydration, or unconsciousness), please visit the nearest hospital immediately.

3. No Doctor–Patient Relationship

Use of this website, filling forms, or contacting us online does not establish a formal doctor–patient relationship. Such a relationship is only established after an in-person consultation at the clinic or an officially confirmed consultation session.

4. Appointment Booking Policy

Appointments are confirmed based on availability. Kiddo Clinic reserves the right to reschedule or adjust appointment timings if necessary. Emergency cases may be given priority over scheduled appointments.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Patients may reschedule their appointment at least 1 hour before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to available slots at the clinic. Last-minute rescheduling may not always be guaranteed.

6. Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours (1 day) before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Refund Policy

If an appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, eligible payments will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within up to 7 working days and will be issued to the original payment method.

Any bank or payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. No-Show Policy

If a patient fails to attend the scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, it will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be issued.

9. Information Accuracy

We strive to ensure that all medical information provided is accurate and updated. However, medical knowledge and guidelines may change over time, and we do not guarantee absolute completeness or accuracy at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kiddo Clinic shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of this website or reliance on its content.

11. Privacy of Information

Any personal information shared with us (such as name, contact number, or medical query) will be kept confidential and used only for appointment management and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except when required by law.

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp, social media, or other services). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external platforms.

13. Changes to Terms

Kiddo Clinic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of relevant courts in Rahim Yar Khan, Pakistan.

15. Appointment Timing & Queue Policy

Patients are advised to arrive at the clinic 5–10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to ensure smooth consultation flow. Appointments are strictly scheduled based on time slots; however, actual consultation may depend on ongoing patient load and medical urgency.

If the doctor is already attending a patient at your scheduled time, you will be served in order of your appointment sequence. In case a patient arrives more than 5 minutes late, their appointment may not be given priority, and they will be placed in the regular waiting queue along with other walk-in or waiting patients.

Late arrival may result in longer waiting time, depending on clinic workload and emergency cases. The clinic reserves the right to adjust consultation order in case of medical emergencies or unavoidable delays.
